Rates

All prices include water, electricity, sewer, trash pick up every other day, and WiFi.
We have a four-night minimum.

30 Nights $1,500 total, $750 deposit due at booking (remaining balance due upon arrival)
12 Nights $936 total, $468 deposit due at booking (remaining balance due upon arrival)
6 Night Special $468 total, $234 deposit due at booking (remaining balance due upon arrival)
5 Nights $416 total, pay in full
4 Night Minimum $332.80 total, pay in full

Each additional night is $83.20

May 1-October 31, 2025 (seasonal rate-6 months) $8000 total, $4,000 deposit due at booking

Ask us about winter storage.

Based on double occupancy– guests 13 years and older will incur a charge of $10 per night, per person

Nine of our sites will accommodate any RV plus extra vehicles.

No check-in’s at dark. Please plan your trip accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

No Refunds
You will have a one-time credit to use for one year from the date you book your reservation.

Example: If you booked your reservation April 1st, 2024 and are unable to reschedule a time for the 2024 season, please reschedule another reservation no later than April 1, 2025 so that your credit does not expire.

Holiday cancellations- No credit issued. Holiday booking is 4 days before the actual holiday date, and 4 days following the holiday date. Example: June 30, July 1,2,3-July 4,5,6,7.

NOTICE: If you are using your credit from a reservation you had for 2024, I will email you an invoice for the remaining dates you are requesting. When the invoice is paid, you will be exempt from a rate increase. If you need to cancel, you have a paid in full credit to use. Any questions please let me know.
