All prices include water, 50/30 amp electric, sewer, trash pick-up every other day, and WiFi.
We have a four-night minimum.
30 Nights $1,500 total, $750 deposit due at booking (remaining balance due upon arrival)
12 Nights $936 total, $468 deposit due at booking (remaining balance due upon arrival)
6 Night Special $468 total, $234 deposit due at booking (remaining balance due upon arrival)
5 Nights $416 total, pay in full
4 Night Minimum $332.80 total, pay in full
Each additional night is $83.20
May 1-October 31, 2025 (seasonal rate-6 months) $8000 total, $4,000 deposit due at booking

Based on double occupancy– guests 13 years and older will incur a charge of $10 per night, per person
Nine of our sites will accommodate any RV plus extra vehicles.
No check-in’s at dark. Please plan your trip accordingly.
